Deposit & Cancellation Policy
1-night deposit to secure your reservation. If you should need to cancel for any reason and wish to have your deposit refunded, we require a 14-day cancellation notice by phone or email. A 7-day cancellation notice is required to receive a 50% refund of your deposit. All refunds are subject to a $15.00 or 10% processing fee, whichever is greater.
Refunds are not given for unused portions of a reservation due to early check-out after you have arrived at Foxfire Resort.
